No quality result is achieved without the proper preparation. Our cleaning and preparation staff understands this. They give their full attention to every preliminary detail - including the removal of static and associated dust particles. All products are chemically and thoroughly cleaned. The job will not continue until the preparatory steps are achieved with flawlessness and perfection. No spot is too small to discontinue the operation in order to accomplish our goal of quality craftsmanship for your painted parts.

Our team of "perfectionists" carefully monitor each customer's part with organization and structure. We have devised a system that has helped us achieve our goals in a timely and efficient manner. No job is any less important or urgent than another. We treat every part, no matter how small or seemingly trivial, as if it was being used for our own business.

Color Matching to Pantone, O.E.M., and Customer/Industrial Painting Standards You are a professional business - you want professional looking products - that is what you'll get. Our paint specialists are able to color match exactly with the original manufacturer's paint and customize any procedure - leaving no questions regarding the condition of your painted part. |
We ask our customers to supply us with a sample of the desired color. Then, we will go through our color palettes, finding either an exact match or a color that is close so we can tint it to your needs. Once we match the color to your satisfaction, we log it into our computer by your company name and color.
We also work hand in hand with our paint suppliers' technicians, keeping up to date on the latest industrial painting innovations. We'll work closely with them on any special needs a customer may have, whether it's primer colors, adhesives or textures.
We'll make any part, used or recycled, look brand new with a "factory finished" look. You'll wonder if it was ever used.

Regardless of what condition the product may be in, when we receive it, our number one priority is to return it to its original condition. Our working conditions are set up so that all needs are met with meticulous detail. The coatings are applied in a sealed booth structure, reducing dust contamination. Our infrared drying process and quality control procedures are all steps that add to the quality of your finished products. Whatever your product painting needs, we can do it!
Special Services available
We will train our staff to complete related manufacturing procedures to suit your needs, train personnel and add related machines and equipment. Training and managing our workers in an environment that gives particular attention to detail and quality work is extremely important. Every painted part is a part of our business as well. Not only will they learn to complete your job efficiently, but economically as well. We are able to automatically print formula labels, with amounts of paint ranging from 1/10 of a liter up to 1 gallon. This means we mix only what the job needs and you won't be charged extra for over mixing.
